Their expertise really stood out during my appointment—they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my new prescription. I especially appreciated that they asked if I had any questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. They were also amazing when it came to helping me select a new pair of frames. They were patient, honest, and helped me find something that looks great and fits perfectly with my new prescription. I had one of the most greatest experiences today at Fort Mill Vision Center. Dr. Spratt was amazing and very smart. Every single person there is amazing and very nice from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I love this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. We have been coming to this practice for about 3 years. Great family optometry clinic. Dr D and his staff are great with us (adults) and with our child. We never feel rushed and always have all of our questions answered. The place is always clean and I like the variety of frames they have. Highly recommend it.

Dr. Spratt and her staff were so kind and friendly! Faith did part of my exam and she was wonderful. Dr. Spratt was very thorough and explained everything to where I could understand. I would recommend them highly!!
