The last time I visited them was when it was next to Founders and Bi-Lo. I had a medical product I needed and visited 4 other stores trying to find it in stock. I almost lost hope and thought I’d have to wait on a mail order. I called my dad who reminded me of Fort Mill Pharmacy. When I called I was not lost in a big phone tree that either hangs up on you or leaves you to leaving a message. I reached a REAL person with an appropriate name, Hope. The product was in stock! I just started going to this pharmacy after my current pharmacy said they couldn’t get the medication I needed. I’m so glad that happened to me because I like this pharmacy way better. The staff are very attentive and personable. Feels like home. The medication is a great price also! I highly recommend this store to others.

I have consistently had a phenomenal experience with Fort Mill Pharmacy. I’ve been going to them for about three years, and they are, without a doubt, the best pharmacy in town. The staff is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always eager to assist with any questions about prescriptions. Additionally, they offer the best prices around, making them the top choice for all my pharmacy needs! They also deliver and make it super convenient to get my medicine.

My wife and I transferred all our prescriptions from CVS to Fort Mill Pharmacy, so glad we did. Pharmacist Joel and staff assistant Megan were welcoming, courteous, patient and listened to our concerns. Joel even took the time to verify our insurance would be accepted for our medications. Outstanding personal customer service, they are highly recommended, support Fort Mill's small businesses.

Fort Mill Pharmacy saved us when our giant national chain had not a single pharmacy within an hour of Fort Mill open on Labor Day. FMP even waited after closing (a reasonable amount of time, so don't expect them to stay for hours and then blame me, lol) for us to get our son's prescription transferred by urgent care. Also, I had forgotten how nice it was to speak with an actual human on the phone and not an infuriating series of robo menus. And I think they deliver! Anyway, thank you, Fort Mill Pharmacy for making life easier for a sick child and his family.
