I really appreciate how kind Dr. Kaur was. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort. I want to start with that because I know being a dentist isn’t easy! That said, some of the treatment explanations felt a little unstructured. It sometimes seemed like Dr. Kaur was improvising on the spot, and I left feeling a bit unsure about what was actually recommended or why. I’ve seen doctors with several years of experience handle these discussions more smoothly, so it felt unusual to me. Scheduling was also a challenge, with multiple reschedules that made planning appointments tricky. My experience at this dental clinic was wonderful. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional. The doctor is lovely — she treated me with great care and patience. And Shawn, who helped me with my appointment and welcomed me when I arrived, was super friendly and attentive. You can really tell they love what they do!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The hygienist told me I was receiving a routine cleaning, yet I was billed for periodontal maintenance in addition to the regular cleaning charges. This is happening to me for the past 3 cleaning visits. I have no history of gum disease, and previous dentists have never indicated any concerns in that area. I’m also concerned that these folks continues to schedule me every three months even though my insurance only covers two visits per calendar year. No one has explained the need or the financial impact of these frequent appointments. The experience felt they are more focused on business than on patient care. I am not going back. Think before choosing this dentistry.

I just moved to the area and found Fort Mill Dental. They were able to see me right away and I was very pleased with the office. The staff and Dr. Kaur made everything easy from verifying insurance, seeing me with little wait time and following up. There’s also a great bbq spot right next door!!

The staff is so lovely and friendly. The office is very nice and clean. Dr. Roberts is the best dentist around and will always have my business as my dentist! Everyone is so professional! I highly recommend Fort Mill Dental! You will not be disappointed.
