Forest Pharmacy

I’ve never been to this pharmacy. However, they continue to fill prescriptions in my name and bill to my insurance and I have never been there! Someone behind the desk must be stealing people’s information so they can steal meds. Check your claims! I am tired of the fraud and you call them to report that it’s not you whose prescription they are filling and they leave you on hold and never respond? They are sketchy. Beware. Reported them to my insurance company. Never even heard of these Drs giving the prescriptions but they should be questioned. They never met me either!,,, Why are they billing me if they’ve never seen me?
