My son has been seen here since birth in 2012. I absolutely love this Dr. Office. We are always treated with care and respect. Dr. Ankeny and the other physicians are excellent....

Very bad experience with the new Provider that took Dr. Schmandt place that retired. Dr. Garvin-Wheatley was not a listener about concern of child been sick . She over talked me about my kid been congested and sickness issues. She didn’t acknowledge and treat my kid symptoms. She was not a friendly person and very stand-off. Just made my kid feel very uncomfortable doing the visit . Also had to get my kid seen by a urgent care to get med reliever steroids and antibiotics even had a mild fever.. So do not waste your time because apparently we need the older version pediatric providers that listen 👂 trustworthy and build relationships with pt. I will be making pediatrician changes. Don’t pick this provider at all..

We have been going to Forest Park Pediatrics for the last 5.5 years since my first son was born and Dr. Elizabeth Harrison has taken wonderful care of now both of my children. I was about to refer a family member who is moving to the area to look into getting established with one of the Forest Park Pediatricians and was shocked by the negative reviews on this website. I felt compelled to put in my own positive rating as we have received nothing but timely, courteous, and thoughtful care from not only the Providers themselves, but the office staff members and nurses. We have continued to travel to Forest Park Pediatrics even after moving out of St. Louis city limits because we have received such exceptional care. Thank you to the staff at Forest Park Pediatrics for all that you do!

I went to Dr Epstein as a child. I took both of my children to him before he sadly retired. Dr Ruby has been wonderful, as well as the new Dr, Dr Reatherford. However, office staff is typically very rude, not accommodating whatsoever. Their office procedures for sick visits is absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to allow for you to make a sick visit appointment for the next day, only for the day of. If they dont have anything available for the day of, you're SOL. And they could care less about it. I was actually advised by the nurse's line to go to an urgent care instead. I would incur quite a deal of out of pocket expenses going to an urgent care, where those doctors do not know my child, their medical history or whats best for them. My almost 6 year old son has been seeing Dr. Christina M. Ruby-Ziegler since he was born and she's amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. She comes off like she cares and my child is comfortable with her. I'm actually surprised to read any negative reviews about the staff. I've never had an issue one time. He's also always gotten his sick visits fast when needed. There was one time when she was booked he saw another Dr there for a sick visit. Nothing wrong with him but I definitely saw the difference. She's the best.
