I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Mitchell Mamorsky, and I had a great experience. Dr. Mamorsky was very professional, calm, and explained everything clearly before the procedure. The extraction went smoothly, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The staff was also kind and supportive, which really helped ease my anxiety. I truly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Mitchell Mamorsky to anyone needing wisdom tooth removal.

The office is clean and modern. I had my tooth removed (number 18) by Dr Boris Zats. He was wonderful, professional, kind and answered all of my questions. Best of all he takes my insurance. I did a lot of research before I made that appointment. The practice has more thank 100 reviews (I read them all) and people said that Dr Zats was the person to see to have a tooth removed. During my appointment Dr Zats asked if I wanted to have an implant, we discussed it & he was impeccably honest, he told me that 80% of people do not get an implant for tooth #18 and that I had up to 1 year to decide, I haven’t decided yet. I saw a lot of unflattering reviews about the office in Forest Hills & I’d like to address them as best I can having only been to the office once so far. Yes the appointment did r

Absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had. I had a surgery appointment scheduled and confirmed weeks in advance through my insurance. The procedure was set for 12:30 PM and required 8 hours of fasting because I was going to be placed under anesthesia. I arranged for my partner to take the day off work to accompany me, and I also had to take the entire day off myself. I arrived on time, only to be told the doctor “wasn’t there yet,” but that they would call me when he arrived. An hour went by with no update. When I called, I was told the doctor was now seeing other patients instead of honoring my scheduled appointment. I continued waiting nearby, still fasting and now several hours past my appointment time. Two hours later, the front desk assistant called to inform me that my i

I am not sure why this office has such bad reviews. I called to book an appointment after being seen at an oral surgeons office that wanted me to pay $500 for extra scanning that I did not need. On the initial call the front desk person and appointment setter let me know that I only needed the xray I already had and booked me the next available appointment. She even spoke to my insurance via a three way call to confirm that what the other office was requesting was not necessary and that they could do the extraction. While there was a wait on the day of my appointment it was not long. The most unpleasant part was the needles from the local anesthetic and I think the surgeon could have been a little gentler with that part. Otherwise the extractions were quick and painless. The one thing that
