Forest Hills Immediate Care

Love this place!! Have been many times for urgent care visits, and decided it was time to establish primary care here. I was able to do an early check in online and it made it so much easier! Today I went in and was greeted with a smile by Sara. She was very sweet and professional and wonderful to deal with. I was then seen by Dr. Frett and he was great! He is very personable and is very thorough. I would recommend Forrest Hills Immediate Care to anyone looking for top notch patient care.

Came in with an injury I stupidly waited to get treatment for (entirely my fault), but the doctor was extremely efficient and got me fixed right up. The nurse (I think her name is Ashley, don't quote me on that though) was SO SWEET, one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. This place is great, can't recommend enough.

Went as a new patient a few weeks ago to see Beth Burnette, and she was amazing. Listened to everything I had to say and gave me amazing care. Was very thorough in explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. Addressed all of my concerns and reasons for being there and did it in a timely manner. Lab staff was excellent and Ginger and Brittany were attentive and friendly. So excited to have found a new primary care practice that truly cares about their patients.

The staff here was friendly and amazing. I was very happy with my visit. In and out in about 30-ish minutes. The NP I met with, Deanna, was very knowledgeable considering I thought bursitis of the elbow was kind of rare. She knew exactly what to prescribe and I've already seen some improvement since yesterday. I would definitely visit again. My only con is that the building's interior could certainly use some upgrades, it looked dated. When compared to other "chain" urgent care's near by, I would definitely recommend Forest Hills Immediate Care over them.

Very disappointed with my visit here as it came highly regarded. The doc that saw me, saw me for less than 5 minutes, I was in there for my eyes burning, feeling off and off balance a little, he never checked my ears, gave a prescription for eye drops and told me to follow up with a primary care to do a full panel because cancer is a real possibility since at my age I shouldn’t be having these sort of neurological issues. To not even examine me in any fashion and then to attribute it to potentially cancer is wild to me. The one star is for the lady at the front desk who was a sweetheart. I even asked for a blood test to be done and he refused for the sake of my “wallet”. $150 for almost nothing
