I'll begin by saying that I have a significant fear of the dentist due to past experiences. Having said that, from the moment I walk thru the door I'm put at ease. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Dormer is very friendly, thorough, and efficient. Now, Denise my dental hygienist...... she's an absolute gem. You will not find one better!!

On Thanksgiving Day I broke my tooth on a hard cereal. I was so upset but waited until Friday to call the office. Dr. Dormer called me right away and had his office call to get me in as soon as possible. They gave me a few options and I was set to go in. At my appointment I was nervous, but the Dr and his assistant put me at ease. He explained the problem and the answer. I needed a crown and they took care of it right away! The procedure was accomplished with no problem and the new procedures and equipment were amazing and so much better than the old style dentistry. I am hours out of it and feeling good. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Dormer and staff to anyone. Professional and patient with my nerves and concerns, and I hate going to the dentist! Grateful they are very patient

Denise has got to be one of the nicest, personable, and thorough dental hygienists that I’ve met. She’s so kind, willing to give constructive criticism, and a pleasure to work with. She addressed all of my dental concerns without making me feel uneducated about it. I will certainly keep coming here if they take Delta Dental! Also, both ladies running the front desk were a pleasure to work with on my way out. I feel valued coming to Forest Hill Dental Associates.

Absolutely fantastic! From the front counter receptionists, to Denise, (my dental hygienist), to my wonderful dentist whose name I can’t remember right now, but he’s really good too. I’m officially a fan of this dentist office. I had a co-pay that the insurance overpaid for it or something like that and instead of just keeping the money, they actually told me I had a credit on my account. They’re extremely good at communication through text messages and phone calls, and are very very gentle. I’ve always been afraid of dentists, this place has single-handedly changed my Outlook.

Dr Dormer & his staff are the best. Knowledgeable, very patient & answer questions so layperson can understand. Treated with respect. Plus can tell staff work together to make dental experience the best. 100% satisfied & would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone who wants to be treated as a person & not just a patient!
