Really disappointing that as female I'm not able to establish care with a female physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's however b/c it's been more than 3 years since my last visit I'm considered a new patient and they do not have a female physician accepting new patients for skin checks. In the past 3+ years I've had 3 kids so I've been busy tending to the needs of other people and finally returning to take care of myself and not able to even get in the door at this practice for a skin check. I do not mind seeing an APP on occasion but I want to establish a relationship with a physician first and then I will be more flexible with who I see moving forward. Gianna and Cindy are billing managers that scam they're patients.... the worst managers i have ever talked to...i want to say. I had the worst experience here. First id like to say they misdiagnosed me. I went through two painful procedures to end up with another diagnosed that did not need any procedures. They also lied about how much it was. They charged me 500 dollars for a 200 dollar procedure. When I confronted them. They lied about the procedure. I begged them for months to listen to me...finally i booked an appoinment I had to go in with a phone and record my conversation with the doctor to prove they lied about the procedure. My family just had the best experience at Forefront dermatology with doctor Katherine Wagner. She was kind, thorough, and willing to answer all of our questions in great detail, even though I’m sure we went over our allotted time and potentially pushed back other things she had going on. The procedures we had done were painless thanks to her and her amazing assistant, and we really appreciated the extra time she took to spend with us. I also wanted to give a shout out to the front office staff. We brought our newborn with us and they were so accommodating and kind when she was crying a bit during check in. Thank you all! I will recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family.

I had my first appointment with Dr.Sarah Taylor, at Forefront Dermatology. Dr.Taylor was efficient, asked all the necessary questions about skin issues, previous surgical removal of cancerous lesions, and did a thorough examination of my skin. I was totally impressed with Dr. Taylor’s in depth assessment of all areas of my skin health and made sure I used sunblock every single day.
