Fordham Road Pharmacy

There’s about 11 employees working at the pharmacy takes 11 employee just to get one prescription for one patient. This is very outrageous and and unacceptable. Waited online for over 20 minutes. Just to get one prescription. If the employees are not familiar with you They will make sure that you’ll be the last one taken care of

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I called hours before arriving to make sure my medication would be ready. I arrive, ask twice if they need my insurance and the front desk lady says no no just give them 10 mins to fill it. No problem I leave and when i come back they do need my insurance and still haven;t filled my prescription. Then I'm told they don't accept my insurance by the person who I spoke on the phone with. When I ask why not tell me that hours ago on the phone they say nothing and just stare. They don't even apologize for the several mistakes they made and the waste of my time. 0 STARS 0/10 would not recommend.

I went there two days ago and they didn't charge me a copayments They have no delivery guys to deliver my medication. I have severe pneumonia. They won't deliver my controlled substance medication because it's to early and they want me to pick it up on a Saturday because they don't deliver. They are disservice a patient that has severe breathing issues and they want me to pick up my medication tomorrow. If I go through withdrawal they are going to have to pay for my ambulance ride to the hospital and the emergency room bill. I'm going to sew them for the negligence of not caring about patient care. They hung up the phone. I'm gonna get sick and they'll have to pay for my medical bills which cost more than the medication. This Pharmacy don't care about patient. On Thursday I let Fordha

They take more than 20- 30 minutes just to pick up some medication. The lady’s in the front are more focused on eating than focusing on the customers needs. Very unprofessional staff working here. My first and last time coming here, do not recommend this pharmacy.

I'm so thankful for this pharmacy in my neighborhood. I've used the big "W" pharmacy down the road for a while, but that pharmacy didn't fill a script I needed until the next day. I was reluctant to switch, because I often have trouble with local pharmacies taking my insurance in full. When I came to Fordham Road Pharmacy with my next script, my insurance was accepted, and the script was filled right away. This will be my main pharmacy from now on!
