Ford & Draper Dental

I had the best dental cleaning of my life today at Ford and Draper Dental! Huge shout out to Ember, she did an absolutely amazing job. I’ve never had such a smooth and thorough cleaning before. Thank you, Ember, and thank you Dr. Ford for always providing such a great dental experience. This is by far the most comfortable and professional care I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!

These folks are excellent. I've been going to them for a about five years and they are smooth operators. They make it as comfortable as possible for routine work.

I’m very disappointed with their service. Dr. Ford does not take accountability for his mistakes. My husband went there to get his teeth cleaned and they noticed his top retainer was broken. They fixed it without asking. Then they proceeded to put the retainer that they made on his teeth. He was in discomfort for a week, we believed it was normal discomfort due to a new object on his teeth. Two weeks go by and he’s developing a gap in his front teeth. I called to make an appointment because the retainer needed to be taken off to avoid more damage. Doctor Ford proceeds to tell him “I am not an orthodontist I don’t move teeth.” If he is unsure how to properly put on a retainer he should not be putting them on. We will not be back! Overbooked, obvious they have more clients than they can handle. It's consistently a month out to get an appointment. I first had my first appointment on December 18th. It's taken over a month and I still don't have estimated costs. I've had 3 appointments, the first intial appointment and two cleaning appointments and no plan of care or estimate. Then today at my last cleaning appointment I was expecting some sort of treatment plan to be explained and I'm told the dr is out of office for a month and to call beginning of March to get on the schedule to see where to start. So that would be my 4th appointment before even actually having a real treatment plan or any idea of the costs yet they are happy to bill for multiple appointments. I was recommended to Dr. Draper from my orthodontist Dr. Probanz. And I am so glad that he did. Dr Draper and her whole entire team are amazing including the ladies at the front desk. I’ve had my 3rd visit on 3/09/2021 for a deep cleaning. Everyone in this office are so kind and friendly. Dr Draper, she is amazing! I’m so happy to have her as my dentist. She makes me feel very comfortable. As for the Hygienist who took care of me yesterday for the second time (I’m so bad at names, sorry) She is awesome! Love her friendliness and she did a awesome job on my teeths. I love visiting Dr. Draper office because they’ve taken great care of me at all my visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Draper and her team!
