For Eyes

I recently visited For Eyes for an eye exam and was thoroughly impressed. The facility is beautiful, clean, and equipped with impressive state-of-the-art technology. The entire process was smooth and the exam was incredibly thorough; I left with a clear understanding of my vision health. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Special kudos to Alex, who assisted with the initial assessment for the ophthalmologist—he was incredibly detailed in answering all my questions. I also want to thank Chavez for his personal touch; he spent a lot of time helping me choose the perfect prescription lenses. The whole team was accommodating with my scheduling needs and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

I visited For Eyes on Windward Parkway, in Alpharetta. The service was excellent. Chloe was great at explaining each step of the process. She was patient and ensured I was aware of the remote physician, which worked out great (at first I was hesitant). Once Chloe finished her process I met with Chavez to choose my glasses. He allowed me to look for my glasses without high pressure sales tactics. Once I chose a pair, we went over my benefits, which resulted in the plan I felt worked best for me. I will definitely be back. Service was top tier!

Jose was great to work with as he did an excellent job getting my frame back in proper alignment. He was professional and answered all of my questions thoughly. Highly recommend this location and Jose for his exceptional customer service skills.

I went into the For Eyes store off Windward in Alpharetta, Jose provided me with excellent customer service. He helped me pick out prescription glasses as well as Sun glasses. I definitely will be returning to this store. I am very pleased with my experience.
