The place is clean and every one is nice BUT we had an appointment for 12:40 is was set up a month ago and last week we got a text and said to be there at 12:10 so we got there at 12:05 when to the fast check in and it was not fast a lot of questions. After we did all this we still had to go the first desk and check in ??? And then we're told it will be 40 more minutes before we're seen because our appointment time is 12:40 I then told the lady why did we have to come in so early she said to do the fast check in. I was so upset that now we have to wait 40 minutes. Next time I have to come here I'm only coming 10 minutes before my appointment time. For this time I had to sit around I give them 1 ⭐
