Very bad experience. Medicare, diabetic patient whose podiatrist provided RX for shoes. Went to store and gave them RX. They set me up in their system and was told their clearing house would process and they would call me to schedule an appointment. No calls so I followed up multiple times with the store and was told each time they would call me back. No return calls...left message requesting the manager to call me. No call. This has been going on for almost two months. Getting another RX and going to a different location.

Donelle’s attention to detail and enthusiasm in what she does to help you find the perfect shoe is unmatched. With a rush of customers that came in and no assistance she managed to help all of us without anyone being neglected. Thank you for a great learning experience. Will be back.
