Thank goodness Cynthia squeezed me in for an emergency appointment at the end of Dr. Dalrymple’s day. This office was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Dr. Putnam is amazing and so professional. I had two bunion and neuroma surgeries and everything went so smoothly. I could not be happier with the results! The entire staff is super supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend this doctor and the office to everyone 😊❤️ It has changed my life!

The doctor was all about money and scare tactics, recommending custom orthopedic shoes, and said amputation was inevitable. Hell of a thing to say to an 85 year old dementia patient. Maybe the other doctors in the practice are different but we'll never go back to find out! If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would.

I thought Dr. O'Keefe was wonderful. However, I have mixed feelings about front desk. I mistakenly went to Tewksbury instead of N. Andover. Instead of shooting over to other office they had me wait to call them first. By the time they called and spoke to someone I was told they couldn't see me. If they had just let me run over there I would have been 5-10 minutes late tops. I told them that was crazy as I've waited longer to see the doctor for most appointments. I called today to reschedule. I was put on hold then told there's a note on my account that I'm not allowed an appointment in their office??? I have a message in to the office manager, but if they want to deny patients medical treatment then so be it. I just want to make sure Dr. O'Keefe is aware of the situation. Absolutely ridic

I wanted to share a recent positive experience with Foot Health Center of Merrimack Valley. I had 2 pairs of orthotics from them that were about 10 years old. They were starting to fall apart and when I called they simply ask that I photo them and send an email. I then paid $100 per pair to have them refurbished and they returned like NEW! After I submitted my costs to my FSA account, the FSA were asking for better proof of purchase/services, so I asked the office. They took my name and number and about a week later they had mailed to me directly a more detailed receipt of services to submit to my FSA. I was very pleased with all their help and service. Highly recommend. Plus, since getting cortisone injections and custom orthotics for both feet, my plantar fasciitis has never retu
