The only good thing is that it's easy to make an appointment. If you need to follow up with the doctor - clarify anything - insurance/pre-authorization/prescription details - forget about it. I called ~8 times, every time I was promised someone will call me back - never happened. I gave up and found another provider. A procedure pre-authorization? They don't care. I cannot fill in the prescription as they missed some info? They don't care.

I chose this office because it’s closer to the Jersey City location, and I found the doctor to be very kind and professional. However, I had a disappointing experience with the assistant, who seemed to have a negative attitude, which isn’t ideal for a new patient. Additionally, it felt like the office was more focused on selling orthotics and offering extra services like wrapping my foot and taking X-rays, rather than addressing my main concern and visit to the office in the 1st place, which was simply to have some calluses removed. Once the selling speech was complete the doctor left and no mention about the calluses. I was informed that they wouldn’t remove the calluses because I’m not diabetic. I wish I had been told this when I made the appointment, especially since I explained my reas

Excellent facility with easy access to and from 440 and the turnpike. Dr. Kyle and the other staff are excellent and very knowledge. Happy to visit them anytime I have an injury or ailment to get back on track.

I can to this office after reading reviews, thinking the reviews were real don't think so, the foot doc, is young and very inexperienced, he gv me a injection in my foot which made it worse, I told him that after I came back to see him after my 1st visit, all he ws interested is selling me expensive orthodox, which I didn't need, instead of trying to figure out what was really going on with my foot pain I new there was something more going on, and wanted to give expensive therapy, when he didn't do enough test to figure out what was really going on, and he made my foot worse with the injection in put in my foot he was digging in and out, that I had so much pain after I let and after I think he hit a nerve, & I hv to take a flight a week later, I couldn't walk with that foot wirh out a

I received excellent care and customer service from the entire staff and the doctor. They were able to address my issue very quickly at my first visit and clearly communicated what my recovery would entail.
