Dr Hong has absolutely no bed side manner whatsoever, was extremely aggressive during my visit. As someone who works in the medical field, I was shocked by her behavior — I’ve never encountered a physician so dismissive and rude. She showed zero interest in listening to my concerns and made it clear she did not want to be there. I was not leaving until what she said made some kind of since to which it still didnt not. It felt like she was just saying stuff to say it and me to get out. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, or I would have rescheduled with someone else. Based on my experience and what I’ve now read from others, I’m genuinely surprised she is still practicing in this facility. And still need to go back for a follow up....

Dr. Hong is the rudest most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen. She is impatient, doesn’t listen, and unkind. She needs lessons in listening, compassion and empathy. I most definitely do not recommend her. The front desk staff was kind and apologized and rescheduled my follow up with a Dr she said was very kind so I’ll give the clinic another chance.

Dr Hong was the rudest ,most aggressive, ABRASIVE , unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. Zero “ bedside manner “ didn’t listen or explain , RUDE . I would never recommend her . The front desk staff was helpful and kind .

Everyone at this office was so amazing, all of them. I went in thinking I would have to come back for tests or X-rays etc But the doctor and the staff there took care of everything in one visit for me, The staff and the doctor all made me feel like I was being listened to and I was being heard and they addressed all of my concerns, we went over possible treatments and different things for me to do to try to alleviate my ankle problem, and all in all it was just a very well-informed great visit with the doctor and the staff and I didn’t feel rushed at all but it was all done very efficiently so I wasn’t in the office all day waiting for everything to get taken care of they took care of it, and in my opinion very high-quality work. Don’t feel like they really cared about my foot pain or addressed it fully. Super quick to sell me on orthotics.
