Save your time and find another foot and ankle clinic my son as been here for several apt as we wanted to see It threw but the doctor seeing him is just rude has no manners is impatient. She probably shouldn’t see kids if she’s not wanting to be compassionate and helpful to kids. Everybody in this office seems mad or upset like they have to work and the doctor wears a mask like she’s afraid some he’s gonna give her something come on now avoid this place go elsewhere. !

This is the most incompetent offensive doctor's office I have enter ever entered. My son and I waited over an hour for our appointment.They had an issue that I signed my paper with my legal name and then accidentally wrote my nickname that I go by.Therefore, they determined that my child wasn't my child.They let us sit there never asked us a question until we pressed what was going on?Then they said they wouldn't give us our appointment, because I have a nickname that I use .Worst office hateful people, disgusting people stupid at best. Never go to this Doctor! Shameful to say the least!

Our experience with Dr Zhang was been wonderful she has compassion, patience and is very kind. We were frustrated to find our appt 45 min behind schedule and when asking what the status was (as it was near closing) the front desk immediately offered to reschedule rather than acknowledge our time is valuable. When coming up to schedule our next appt she immediately got up and walked away and left it where another member came up to schedule our next check.

Dr. Doi needs to be reported!!! how she still has a license is beyond belief she is very rude and cold hearted and you can see from the reviews its not just how I felt definitely needs to have her license removed what kind of doctor acts like this and treats patients as if they are a inconvenience

Absolutely horrible front desk woman! Older woman with glasses was talking at the front desk just so unprofessionally, being extremely rude to the woman she was talking to and gossiped about her being on government health insurance.
