I found this office by accident after trying to book an appointment at Ryan Foot & Ankle, where evidently they have offshored their bookings to India. After 20 minutes of nonsense and frustration, I finally hung up and called the next nearest place. I’m glad I did! The office is brand new and bright. I was taking our teenage daughter in for an ingrown/infected toenail. Dr. Shapiro has THE BEST bedside manner. He put our daughter at ease and took great care in properly numbing her. I have been to several podiatry offices over the years, and Dr. Shapiro is head and shoulders above the rest. Our daughter experienced no pain. Foot & Ankle Associates were a delight to visit! I have a condition that causes my toes to curl under, had visited another doctor who proposed a very invasive procedure, and was seeking alternatives. Dr. Koch found another solution which we will undertake at another visit. Everyone in the office was kind, polite, and efficient. I look forward to my next visit and to getting this issue resolved. I have confidence in Dr. Koch’s abilities.

Dr. Shapiro was very good and listened and didn’t immediately jump to surgery like some doctors do. His staff was lovely and the brand new Ballantyne location is very convenient.
