I had 2 foot surgeries and could not have had a better experience. Dr. Chen and his staff are top notch. Everyone is professional and so kind and understanding. I highly recommend this practice.

Great atmosphere in both the West Chester and Downingtown offices. Office staff and assistants were fantastic! Very patient and extremely helpful in all situations. Dr. Chen is wonderful! He explained everything in detail and his work is outstanding!! He is very kind and caring, knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable during surgery and he corrected the problem with my foot. Highly recommend!!

I have had two bunionectomies (spaced 6 years apart), both with Dr. Chen, and am incredibly pleased with the results. He has a great demeanor and does a wonderful job.

Best experience I've had with a Dr in a long time. Dr Chen listens to your concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. Follow up with surgery was wonderful, everything was set up before surgery. Staff is so kind and will get to know on first name basis. Response time is fast. Highly recommended.

Waste of time. Front office is highly disorganized. They don't revert to patients. Mismanaged show running at this location.
