You’re not just a number here.. they learn who who are quickly and retrieve your Rx before you even tell them your name.. that is so very hard to find nowadays!

Cathy, Rob and Crystal have always been helpful, considerate and friendly. On a few occasions they applied coupons to lower our out of pocket costs. They also have reached out to our doctors and Optum RX for refills and approval. They are a small pharmacy who know their customers by name. We don’t go to any of the large pharmacies. We wouldn’t get the individualized attention. Thank you Lion Pharmacy! I recommend you to everyone who needs their prescriptions filled!

I came in to get a money order at 8:00am on a Saturday, and had to wait for the customer service manager (Tabitha Ellis) to open the self serve registers, I asked an employee where do I go to get a money order because no one was at the customer service desk. One of the employees said I would have to have the manager get the money order and then she responded to telling me it would be a minute. I was ok with that, however her attitude was very ride. I kindly asked her could I purchase a single envelope after we finally got to do the transaction, she responded by saying we do not carry them. This Food Lion is normally rude and I have had enough of it. When I go to purchase items they always looks at you funny when you do not have your rewards card and always say” I can use the store one Just

Very polite staff, the pharmacy has went above and beyond. They were the only pharmacy that would take my order for special formula when my daughter had a milk protein allergy. I tried about six before them. We absolutely love them
