The staff has always been pleasant and gives very good customer service! Josh is one of the Pharmacists and is extremely knowledgeable very helpful if I have any questions about my medications.

The crew at this pharmacy are amazing. Always helpful, always caring, always willing and ready to help. If you have a question they find the time for you and always with a smile. The best customer service one can ask for. I love this pharmacy!

I have been with this pharmacy for a long time. They have always been very helpful and on time with my medicine. With the other pharmacy closing in town they have been overwhelmed with so many more customers. They have been working so hard to everyone's prescription filled in a timely manner. I have been pleased with the turn around time. Yes it does take longer then it use to. I just plan according and call my refills in earlier. I also try to pick them up in not peak times.

I thought I found a great pharmacy to start going to around the time COVID hit when Walgreens was so backed up and couldn’t get meds. Food Lion pharmacy wasn’t as backed up and I could get my meds faster. I went to pick up my medication and I had some questions about my copay. The cashier didn’t know the answer to my question but was so polite about it. One of the staff members from the back chimed in and rudely answered my question. She wouldn’t even look at me when I had a follow up question and continued to talk down to me the entire time. I was floored. Experiences like this immediately lose me. I will never go back unless my life depended on it.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! Rude staff and they work at a snails pace! They also have every excuse in the book for their numerous downfalls! Medication is never ready when it's told it will be and staff will talk down to customers, like they're above them. It's ridiculous! Thankfully this is not my normal pharmacy and I only have to deal with this nonsense when picking up meds for my elderly father!
