Fontenot Animal Hospital

I drive from Lafayette to bring my four dogs to see Dr. Fontenot and his team. They are caring and keep all my pets in good health.

ZERO STARS……The bedside manner was absolutely terrible. Not welcoming to my fur baby or myself at all. Not one member of the staff had a smile on their faces and I had to ask for after care instructions from her surgery. I do have to say the surgery went well, but I will never bring my baby to someone that does not like her. She will be getting her staples removed from a vet that actually cares for her and makes us feel welcomed. I see other reviews where people are loving this place, so maybe it was just me or my dog. I have a Rottweiler and understand they can be intimidating , but if you’re afraid of a dog then maybe you shouldn’t be working in the vets office. Not everyone has or wants little dogs and I do believe that she would have been treated better if she was a small little fluff

They took good care of our dog.

The staff here are very caring and attentive to your pets needs. My dog had gotten bit by something and we needed to have him seen right away. I called they said they would take him right then and it didn't cost me to much to get him better. Thanks to all the staff you all really excided my expations

They always show great care with our beloved cats. Definitely the best vet in the area.
