Eye Clinic

Jennings Eye Clinic was absolutely fantastic. I went to an appointment with a friend and while there asked if they took my insurance. I meant to make an appointment for a future date since I was there and they were kind enough to get me seen same day. Since I live so far away from everything, this meant the world to me! All of the staff were super kind and courteous. I'd recommend them 10/10 hands down any time. Thank you for being so awesome in a world full of chaos!

No issues with provider, they are polite but tend to reschedule often. The worker who works at the glasses counter is rude and acts inconvenienced at any questions regarded glasses. I’ve been there twice for minor fixes and was told that it’s too hard and to deal with it. Walmart corrected issues on both glasses within 10 minutes and didn’t charge a penny. 0/5 stars for customer service here.

Very unprofessional receptionist. I checked in and signed all my documents. She informed me I was off the schedule when my appointment was set at 10am I got here at 9:30am. I asked why I was kicked off the schedule she just replied with ima put you back on it. I waited a hour and twenty minutes til I was seen.

We've been going here for a few years now and I haven't had one complaint . They work with you they make sure you remember your appts in time . You usually get to the back faster then most places . Me and my 2 kids go here my son is legally blind and they have a specialist even here. They fixed my glass with no hassle . Got my contacts to me right away . Ileven a torn one they got me all fixed up . They even took our insurance also . Highly recommended . Great. Place all the way around

Was my eye care my whole childhood and so far my adulthood as well 💖.. they are amazing. They will make you feel comfortable and safe. Everyone is super nice ! My kids even come here 🧡
