Folkston Pharmacy

Great small town pharmacy with attention to detail and southern kindness. My RX was accurate and they worked to fix an oversight on the doctors end to make sure of that. Reasonably priced for what I had filled and I appreciate this family oriented business. Very kind people! You won’t get that type of service at the big chains.

Let me preface this by saying that I have a rare form of RYR1 type Muscular Dystrophy. I’ve had 7 major spinal surgeries amongst other health issues revolving around chronic pain. I’m 29 years old and can still walk short distances… such as from the parking lot into the pharmacy. But that doesn’t mean it is easy or that I do so pain free. I typically use an electric wheelchair but when I don’t, I outwardly appear “normal” despite being far from it. My insurance changed since it’s the beginning of the year and I can no longer use CVS (which I had to because of insurance being contracted through them). I live in Folkston and would prefer to use and support a local business over corporate anyways so I was delighted to see that my insurance would cover my medications at Folkston Pharmacy. I h

I had changed my loyalties from Folkston to Bennetts, and in hindsight, may have been the biggest mistake I've made. Since changing, Bennetts could not fill my prescriptions due to them being out and their warehouse on “backorder”. This has happened twice, and this last time while I had Influenza A. NOT GOOD! I want to say how grateful I am to Folkston Pharm. for taking care of me!! WHEN IM WRONG, I'm wrong, and Folkston has given me the service that cares about me!!. Thank you!!

The best pharmacy experience I've had by far!! They are very professional and down home friendly at the same time you never feel like just a customer. Great job ladies thank you so much!!

Went into there to have rx filled, would nit fill my Adderall because I had not renewed license to my new address ( we have just moved to the area) This is a LIE people your license does not have to match your address Especially when you RV full time and travel, they did fill my clonazepam, I take 4 other meds and I called back a few days later to transfer my other scripts that was when I was told they could not help me
