Focused Care at Hogan Park

The staff at the facility takes great care of their patients. They go above and beyond of what is needed and keep families informed.

I was told by a nurse that this is not a one-on-one care facility and that she would not help me when I asked her to cover me up with a blanket she walked out of the room and refused to help me I would not feed the meals to my dog the nurse said after 11:00 we do not help people in bed then she went back to sleep behind the desk

Absolutely appalling, My mother In law has been a resident at this facility for 7 months and has been abused in many ways. She would sit in her own soiled diaper for 2+ Hours. The Staff would remove product from her room that we have personally bought for HER CARE and not the other residents. This is stealing another form of abuse! Would not get proper showers/baths Residents would come into her room yelling and screaming. There is a plan on getting her moved out to a better facility and one of the staff members even said "You'd be better off." and boy oh boy are they right. We pay 20k a month for my mother in law to be abused as this building. If you think putting anyone in this building please reconsider. There is no empathy, there is no care. If i could choose NO stars i truly would - my father was in this facility three days and passed during that time. During his early stages of passing other residents were wearing his clothing around the halls. Begging nurses to give ordered pain meds and change wet bed sheets and dirty diapers was like picking thorns. Not to mention we paid out of pocket due to no insurance at time of admitting my father. Its been a month and i cant get anyone to give me a straight answer on our refund to bury our father. The nurses director had her kids in her office the entire time we were there - the aide's were the only half good nurses in the building - and no one even knew his name for the first two days. It was really discomforting during our sudden and tragic transition into my dads eternal life. 10

My brother was a resident there he was paralyzed from his head down and allegedly rolled himself out of the bed.He received three shower's in 9 months and was only gotten out of bed after we had to call the nurse's to break up the party at the nurse's station.We transferred him to another facility as soon as we could.
