I just had a session with Chris at Focus Physical Therapy in Cypress Plaza and he worked on my shoulder muscles. For the first time in months, my shoulder didn’t flare up while I was turning my steering wheel on the way home!! So appreciative of the team at Focus, including Chris, Kel, and Kali.

I was having some range of motion and pain problems with my shoulder and elbow. I worried I would need surgery but was assured early on that it was very unlikely. I wasn't sure how effective physical therapy would be because I've never done it before but I learned the right exercises can really help. I had a few appointments with Scott and a few with Andrew. Both are really great with explaining why we're doing certain things and making sure the form is correct. We actually had a lot of fun in there fixing my shoulder. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I have received great service, care and support from Focus Physical Therapy. Scott Crawley along with Rashaun and Chetana makes a great PT team who prioritizes a very tailored routine with a clear focus on results. Pain management and strength were given extra importance which were key to my recovery. Assessments were done from time to time to determine progress and adjustments. Overall I had a very professional and satisfactory experience with the team and would highly recommend to anyone looking for PT.
