I had a great experience at Focal Point. I can in looking for "something the same as I had only different" , but decided to go with the frames the optician recommended to me. They are actually different from my old frames, and very cool! I get lots of compliments on them. I will be back for any other glasses-related needs.

I popped by, without much hope, to ask whether they would fix two pairs of glasses that I had done abroad. All major optometry chain shops in the area declined, telling me that they're not responsible for glasses they hadn't sold themselves. To my surprise, a very nice gentleman at Focal Point agreed to fix both pairs at NO cost and it all happened within 2 minutes. Incredible service and I was extremely grateful.

Horrible customer service. Ordered expensive tinted lenses that were like looking out of 4 layers of cellophane, yet owner refused to refund my money. According to him, I don't know what reading glasses should feel like (even though I've been wearing them for 30 years)??? Best part...I think he knew the tint job was bad. There are many opticians in this town; go to one where they know what they are doing, are honest, friendly, and work with you when they mess up. This is not that place.

I have been a customer with Focal Point Opticians for years and would never go anywhere else for glasses. Chris and Jeff are phenomenal and their stock is impeccable!! Not as affordable as Warby Parker but I am their devoted fan!! Very grateful for their care and the expertise of their optometrist! Thank you!

If you need glasses I highly recommend Focal Point. My wife and I have gotten several pairs of glasses over the last 3 years. Service could not be better. I had them check my vision and update my prescription. The latest glasses are a huge improvement to what I had.
