FM Family Care: Mohinur Firdavsi

I visited this clinic once for lab testing, and the billed amount of $1,411.28 was correct. However, two additional charges of $212.00 each were submitted to my insurance without my consent, and I did not receive any services for these charges. I urge the clinic to review and correct these unauthorized charges promptly. Transparency and proper billing are very important.

The best primary care doctor in Brooklyn! My family and I absolutely love Dr. Mohinur Firdavsi—she is incredibly caring, cooperative, and friendly. She truly takes the time to listen and ensures that her patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff is also amazing, making every visit a smooth and pleasant experience. It is a huge disappointment. We scheduled an appointment online and arrived on time, only to find out that the doctor sees patients only with a life line. The front desk lady, Farzona, started arguing that she had informed me that they see patients without appointments and that only the walk in - life line is acceptable. We went there to establish a new primary care doctor. Unfortunately, after waiting for 45 minutes, we witnessed other patients being invited in out of turn. The main question is: why do you offer an online appointment option and send an email confirming our appointment if the system doesn’t work? Why give people false hope that they will receive qualified services if that’s not the case? Some people have extremely busy schedules and carefully plan their day to ensure the
