Flynn's Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment

The journey I have been on medically has been severe. I've called Flynns twice now...and let me be back up a min...I've learned kindness and caring from hospitals and doctors offices, also people who are not kind and don't take their time as a Profesional. Again called Flynns twice and on call number 1, as I was still talking, I was just hung up on...I felt well that'd not a friendly staff member. Called again today. The call was ending with some attitude, like I was a nuisance, as I was going to say bye, have a nice day...there was not even a bye....I was left there on the phone "thinking, why? Where is the kindness?? I promise you people, I was as sweet as a ripe peach tree...absolutely no reason to even say bye. So, for reason and I'm giving 1 star... I even feel bad for doing it but,

Flynn’s is compared to no other pharmacy in the Berkshires. They are the best in customer care and support. They are a family run business which is a rarity in these times where everything is run by faceless and careless cooperations where investors are number one not clients. Their attention to detail and willingness to do their very best by you personally is exceptional and their staff is kind and courteous not mention they have home delivery. The best hands down.

Stopped by this here pharmacy while I was ridin’ through town, and I gotta say, they treated me right. Shelves were stocked better than a ranch pantry, and I found what I needed quicker than a horse finds water. Folks behind the counter were friendly as neighbors at a barn raising, answered my questions straight, and got me on my way without no fuss. I’ll be swingin’ back by next time I’m passin’ through.

I’m trying to shop more locally. I will not shop Amazon ever again nor big box stores if I have a local option. I’m so glad I chose to stop by Flynn’s Pharmacy. The staff were gracious and helpful. I was amazed at the level of professionalism I witnessed as I waited my turn at the counter. This store is humming with business. I viewed many pharmacists busy filling scripts, and even personal assistance given to customers in need of medical equipment. I plan to return and am glad to have found an alternative to CVS.

My favorite pharmacy. I have been using Flynn's for over 30 years. The best! I refuse to use any corporate/chain owned pharmacy. Have had issues with every one of those in the past. Never at Flynn's.
