Flow's Pharmacy on Broadway

Everyone was so incredibly sweet and friendly. They were really quick too. I had an issue with my prescription (it was my doctor’s fault, not the pharmacy’s fault) and they figured it out & fixed it for me in 5 minutes. Will definitely be sticking with Flow’s!

Flow's Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. If you're sick of trying to wasting time on the phone trying to trick a bot into letting you talk to your big chain pharmacy, or waiting two hours to get a prescription refilled, TRANSFER TO FLOW'S. I transferred after some bad experiences with my prior pharmacy, and it's the best decision I've made in managing my healthcare. Anthony and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. Evelyn is one of the kindest human beings on the earth. The staff here are professional, very knowledgeable, and go out of their way for their customers in a way you just don't see anymore, particularly at the big pharmacies. Flows is absolutely amazing. Anthony is kind and always makes sure we are taken care of and as affordably as possible. His staff is always courteous and remembers our names it's always a great experience. Shout out to Evelyn who remembers every holiday, birthday, or special event for us and our daughter. Truly an amazing team and cares about their customers/patients. Everyone should use Flows and leave those faceless big pharmacies and give their business to a caring local business!

I cannot speak highly enough of flows pharmacy! The employees are beyond helpful and personable, always greeting you with a smile. They are super speedy with filling prescriptions, I have never had to wait more than a hour from the time my doctor calls it in until I pick it up. They are always more than willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. I have not had one negative experience here. If you are looking to switch pharmacies I cannot recommend this one enough!!!

Made the switch from Walgreens and I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live in Columbia. The way they’ve helped me out when they didn’t have to and make things so incredibly easy all the time is unmatched. I don’t even think I’ve ever written a Google review before but they deserve it.
