Went there because of the TV commercial, wanted more information about the lost wait treatment that they were offering, the facilities we're great very clean and organized. the staff is very helpful and friendly, but the negative side was that I needed to change my insurance to there's which I was willing to do. I told the representative, that I needed to get my medication list and some other information that I needed to give them and also verify if everything was going to be covered with there insurance. To which she stated that she could switch my insurance now and that she will call me the next day to confirm my questions. She never did so I call several times and even talk to a supervisor. They never answered so I went there in person and explained to the director of marketing my exper

Needs better drivers. I just had an incident with one of the drivers and I want to warn others about the kind of drivers they have because I don’t think it’s acceptable they have people driving patients or clients with drivers that put their clients and other drivers at harm. Floridian Health Center for the safety of others be careful with who you choose as your drivers.

I am fascinated with the care they give to my parents, the doctors and all the staff are wonderful😊
