Worst office ever waiting for referrals to specialist takes forever. They like to play with people's health. Will be getting a new Dr. Asap

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Extremely difficult to speak to someone on the phone. They don't answer. They are RUDE! They transfer you around. They hang up on you... just when trying to make an appointment! The DR I did see there (Carol Kreifer), she is gone now.... not even worth the effort and run around now. Choose somewhere else.

This place is terrible. I blame them for my wife's miscarriage. We received more communication and respect from the pregnancy center of chobee IT TOOK 11 WEEKS just to receive bad news and are first ultrasound, after we decided not to wait for these this place anymore. Every single time we asked about other medical places they made is feel like criminals. AND THEN REFERRED US TO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T EXCEPT HER INSURANCE.. the women who did her blood work messed up fully poking threw her vein and had to fish around every vile. This place needs to be taking over by people who care to be in the medical field and want to work, not just capitalize of people. People's children, mothers, father's, unborn babies lives aren't ment to be pushed off to later dates. And referrals to places you can't g

I recommend this place for medical care. The reception staff has always responded to my medical needs.

I was seen at this location on 7/27 by Doctor Julian Moore. He was extremely professional and helpful. After being brushed off by three other doctors felt like Dr Moore actually sat down and listened to me. He ordered me X-rays and antibiotics on the same day as my visit. He was very kind and just overall a great doctor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an outgoing and professional doctor. I also had to bring both of my children along and they were both misbehaving, the nurses and Dr Moore were very kind and did not make me feel of any less because I had to bring my children. I'm very happy to see this facility here in Okeechobee.
