This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! I personally know the receptionist and I called her with issues and she had me in with their Dr and hygienist asap! Mrs Angie was so sweet and broke things down to me in terms I understood...its only been two days and my gums and teeth look sooooo much better.. I am so glad I changed dentist offices!! Yall rock

Ms Kim and the ENTIRE staff was so welcoming and accommodating to my husband and I. I’ve been scared to go to the dentist due to anxiety however from the very first appointment they made me feel amazing. Ms Caitlyn at the front desk and Taylor were a pleasure to see when I came in. Also the billing lady was a pleasure. They make every customer feel like a VIP client. Ms Kim is giving me my smile back! I appreciate them all. And the dentist is so funny he knew the right jokes to keep me calm. Thank you Florence Family Dental🫶🏽

Called as a new patient and they were able to get me in two days later. My hygienist Shannon was amazing. She was very thorough and found issues that she addressed which my last dentist had never found or even looked for. She spent extra time with me than scheduled to accommodate the treatment I required. Very satisfied with my first visit, will definitely continue to return.

Amazing dentist. They really make you feel comfortable if you aren't a big fan of the dentist, and make sure you are satisfied. I go here, and I took my son here last week. The dental hygienist did amazing. He doesn't take to new sounds or new things easily, we were just going to have them look at his teeth (he is 4) and they managed to get a whole teeth cleaning done! I am very impressed especially with children here, and he even got to get something out of the prize chest when he was done.

1st visit for my boys and I, I am thoroughly pleased. Staff, our individual hygienist, and dentist made us feel welcomed and was very honest about what we needed and needed to do. I truly respect that and them. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist.
