Dr. Sarah is great. She doesn't just give you some generic fits all exercises. She gets into your entire body health through history and exams to determine what is needed for YOU. I learned so much about my body and learned some great tools to improve my overall body health . I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their overall body health.

Dr. Sarah has been a life saver!! I love how patient and thorough she is and I was surprised by how much we could accomplish through our online appointments. She is super efficient with your time and uses every minute wisely so you can optimize your results. She really narrows problems down to the source and gives realistic and doable tasks to manage symptoms or solve issues, especially postpartum.
