Entered office for the first time, and was greeted by a very friendly associate. She was knowledgeable and professional, and moved the check in process along expeditiously. Into the exam room we went right away. Shortly after, Dr. Fletcher came in, introduced himself, and began the most thorough exam I have ever had. He was very friendly, yet was applying his expertise to make sure I received the best results possible. After the exam concluded, he worked with me to pick out the proper frame, and explained the additional features that can be added to the lenses. This was a very good experience, and I would recommend Dr. Fletcher and his associates for all your visual care and needs.

I couldn’t believe how fast Dr Fletcher got me in for my appointment! The staff were great and Dr Fletcher was amazing! He did all the tests, he was not rushed in answering all my questions! He even helped me pick out my frames and did all the measurements his self! Great experience!

I really liked Dr. Flecther. He asked all the appropriate questions. Explained each step of the procedure that he was doing and what it was for. He answered any questions that I had in a manner that I could understand. He done a whole better than the last eye doctor I went too. I give him two thumbs up and a 10

As always kind and very considerate. Dr Fletcher always takes time to assess the problem and come up with a solution. He is a great eye doctor.

We came in for an eye examination for my four year old. She did about as well as a hyperactive four year old can do, I suppose, and Dr. Fletcher worked very well with her, for as still as she was able to be. He was very gracious in helping us to arrange an appointment with another optometrist who may be able to work better with her. I would recommend him to anyone.
