Excellent service! My husband, son, and I got fitted for shoes today and had a great experience. Lily was super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping me find great shoes for my picky feet!

I had a 10/10 experience! Brandon helped me pick out new shoes - and made the process seamless. I’ve been committed to Brooks for 5+ years now, but he walked me through all of my options when I was curious about other brands. He was super patient and answered all of my questions with ease. In the end, I went with a different brand of shoes that I think are going to work better for me than Brooks!

Fantastic service and a great selection. The salesman brought out six pairs of shoes for me to try and took his time to make sure I got something I'd be happy with. Foot and stride analysis is included. Love the shoes!

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about all shoes. He wanted to get me into shoes that suit my needs (a training shoe and a race shoe) and not just put me into the most expensive shoes. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. The overall experience was fantastic and I will be back when I need more running shoes! I highly recommend Brandon and the OP location!
