Went to pick up my monthly.medicine and the insurance was trying to make me pay over $225 dollars for my important medication. The pharmacist went above and beyond to find a way to reduce my co pay to zero. Incredible service and loyal to its customers.

Love this place. The people behind the counter are efficient but also kind. They are willing to work with you and help you even when you are feeling overwhelmed with all your new medication. I would recommend.

I never knew pharmacies could be this good and go out their way to provide such excellent service, including extras that they don't need to do. This is my second review. I perused all the reviews from other customers and 99% of them agree with me. In my opinion, there shouldn't even be 1% negative reviews. So it's been a while now that I've been using Flag and I've only gotten so much happier with their services. Numerous times they've gone way above and beyond for me to the point where it almost seems too go to be true. I think this is because most businesses have lost their customer first ethic as was the case decades ago. I feel like I've gone back in time- in a good way - when I deal with them. I would like to add my opinion on the only 2 negative reviews I found here. One was critic

You guy's are doing a Great Job! I appreciate how HARD the staff works for us the customers. Even when it's REALLY busy staff are courteous, calm, and helpful! Love that it's a short wait for in house Rx`s! 5-10 min. usually. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 review from me!

AMAZING pharmacy AMAZING Technicians. They absolutely go above and beyond. They contact me BEFORE my scripts run out to make sure they are filled and delivered in time so I don't go without. They DELIVER! The drivers are also absolutely amazing 👏 they always make sure to reach out to me AND IF NEED BE MY DOCTOR!!! No other pharmacy would do that. Thank you to all the staff. You are all appreciated 👏 💐 Best pharmacy ever. I've never had an issue like I always had with CVS Walgreens.. all I can say is I am grateful for an amazing team to make my life that much easier. THANK YOU.
