This lab has been excellent; their Bioliners work well for a small revision or when you want to get the brackets and wires off and do the last 5% of the case finishing with these appliances. Their customer service is quick and responsive, and Andrew always has great insights into a case. I have worked with them for over 8 years and they consistently deliver great service and workmanship.

I have used this lab for about 4 years. I cannot say that enough nice things about not only their staff but also their lab technicians. You can always get someone on the phone and they are customer service oriented. They are one of the few labs that makes the highest quality appliances and can customize most anything you need. Highly recommend!

The lab has a very poor communication with us for a case that we sent out. We have made several phone calls with them the week before the patient's appointment to follow up with the status of the case as it was very important to have the case available for the patient's busy schedule. During those conversations, the staff from the lab never informed us of missing signature from the dentist to get the case release, until the morning of the patient's appointment. At that time, I have ask to see they can have a shuttle to deliver the case so that we can have the case ready for the scheduled appointment this afternoon and they have refused to do that.
