A friend recommended this spa, so a few of us went to the second floor of Diamond Plaza in Irvine for a try. The male receptionist was warm and friendly, and the service was impeccable. Although the spa was crowded, everything was well-organized and efficient. Before the massage, the therapist inquired about our specific needs, and the massage itself was professional, meticulous, and thorough. The spa environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Such excellent service at a very reasonable price. In short, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth recommending. I would love to go back.

Was in town for the day and figured I would kill time by getting a massage. Thankfully I was placed in a small single room but it was by the bathroom so the noises would take me out of it. The massage itself felt thorough but it wasn’t necessarily a massage where fingers were used? It was more so forearm and I’m unsure if that has led to the chronic discomfort. I got a 60 min Swedish massage and the only other time I have felt this much pain and soreness was when I got a deep tissue massage years later in LAs Chinatown. Parts of the massage were a bit painful but breathed through it. Next day I could not lay down on my back because my shoulders and upper back felt so tender to touch. Now two days later the upper back/shoulder pain persists. I figured some soreness may be normal but surpris

After a long day of work, my husband and I decided to try Five Star Foot Massage in Irvine, hoping to find a new go-to spot. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We booked a one-hour combo massage. The massage itself was decent, but the environment completely ruined the experience. Multiple customers were talking loudly throughout their sessions, including full phone conversations. One group was especially disruptive and no one addressed it.What made it worse was that employees were also chatting loudly among themselves. A massage establishment should prioritize a calm, quiet atmosphere. That basic expectation was not met.I eventually removed the towel from my face out of frustration because the noise level was so distracting. Given the location of this business, I expected better managemen

8/25/2025 update: great experience this time. I go a 90 min combo massage. Back and shoulders were so much looser. Felt very balanced this time. Definitely going back. April 2025: Clean and reasonably priced. I went with the deluxe combo (60 min) and felt very good afterwards. The foot reflexology couls have been better though. It didnt feel even between each side. I will have to go back to try it again. Hopefully, it’ll be good enough to bring it to 5 stars.

I was walking through the shopping center and decided to pop into this spa for a single session after a long day. I’d heard that their combo massage—which covers both the feet and the full body—is their most popular service, so I figured I’d give it a shot. The experience was straightforward and professional. It’s a clean, quiet environment that’s perfect for a quick escape from the busy plaza. Even though it was just one visit, the therapist really helped work out some tension I’d been carrying around. It isn't a flashy luxury resort, but it's a solid, reliable spot to get a high-quality massage without any fuss. I walked out feeling a lot better than when I went in, and it’s definitely a convenient place to hit if you're already in the area for shopping or food.
