Five Parks Vision And Eye Care

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. P for about 7 years. We are not outside family or friend of his. Gary and his staff are wonderful. A few months ago, my husband had a major eye infection and Dr. P waited to see him after hours. He sincerely cares for his patients. Their frame selection is good, almost too good, as I have a hard time finding frames to choose. Thank you 5 Parks for for always taking care of us! We look forward to our annual appointments each year :)

Shockingly unprofessional. An eye exam with a contact lens fitting took nearly two hours. At most, 30 minutes of that time was spent being seen by Dr. Partnow. The remaining time was spent sitting in an exam room, without any updates about the delay. My insurance was billed for services that I didn't receive. I had to contact Candy, in billing, to request a refund for Optomap Laser Imaging which was never discussed with me, let alone provided during my initial visit. If I hadn't insisted on being sent an itemized invoice, I wouldn't have caught that I had been charged for services that were never performed. Unacceptable. During my exam, comments were made and anecdotes were shared that left me feeling unsettled and uneasy at this practice. I had to go back to Dr. Partnow's office two days

I don't write many reviews but when I do, it's when I have a strong feeling about an organization. First off, it was completely our fault that I did not read any reviews prior to trying this place out. I am convinced any positive review are from family members or close friends. But any negative review has never been more accurate after me and my girlfriend's experience with Five Parks Vision and Eye Care. They are EXTREMELY overpriced, unethical, unprofessional, and not transparent with their clients whatsoever. The frames alone they sold us were $600!! Not even including the lenses or the eye exam itself. And when I looked at the same frames online, they were almost half the price anywhere else. Went here for my brother’s exam and the staff is extremely friendly and professional! The doctor made my brother feel comfortable since it was his first eye exam ever. Would 100% recommend!

My whole family goes to see Dr Gary and has been for 10 years. He is patient and explains everything that is happening with your eyes. Dr Gary's staff is super helpful with insurance and finding the right glasses to fit each one of us. Highly recommend this practice!!
