I almost never leave reviews. However, this one has been sitting with me for a while now. As a patient I didn’t feel heard, validated or reassured when having concerns after a few fillings. Dr. Lu, lacked simple empathy and sympathy. I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Lu. During my appointment, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and my questions were met with limited or unclear responses. I left feeling dismissed and dissatisfied with the level of communication and care. I’d highly encourage you to look into a variety of other dentist offices.

I have been a client for a few years and recently went in for a crown. Dr Lu and his team did a fantastic job. The whole team gets to know you, works with you, and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I went to another dental office nearby who attempted to sell me a deep cleaning and charge $500+ dollars, which would require two additional appointments and no work done the day of exam. Deep cleanings can be necessary but I did not suspect I needed this service at this time. I got a second opinion here and they recommended a routine ultrasonic cleaning done the same day and made it clear that a deep cleaning was definitely over prescribing care. The hygienist on request let me know the depth of my gum pockets while she checked them, and also clearly communicated my concerns regarding gum recession. These people are quick, friendly, ethical, and very skilled and confident in their work and are dedicated to helping their community and restoring confidence in your smile. Thank you so much!

I have been a client for several years at FSD. Despite changes in Dentists, the hygienists have been amazing! Most recently, Dr. Lou has taken over the practice and has been attentive, honest, and patient in his work. I recommend this office for a positive family dental experience.

In the past I’ve had negative connections and even some anxiety about seeing the dentist - but no longer. I have used the Fitchburg location for almost two years now and reccomend them to everyone I know. Incredible staff, spotlessly clean, professional service. I now live in new glarus but will still be visiting y’all, thank you!
