Had an ear infection and got seen by Dr. Valyo immediately! Super kind, professional, and thorough. He also helped answer some additional medical questions I had and made me feel very taken care of. Affordable even without insurance! I actually became a clinic member and now I get unlimited visits! Highly recommend and I was able to drop by Fitchburg Family Pharmacy and pick up my ear drops immediately. In and out with a full doctors appointment in 20 mins - wow!

The most amazing thing for me after going to this clinic, has been overcoming a lifelong fear of needles. Every vaccination I've received has been quick and painless in a way I've never experienced before. And, the Fitchburg Family Clinic is what I imagine personal, skilled healthcare experiences used to be like when my parents were children growing up five decades ago; these professionals know your name, they genuinely care about patients, and clearly enjoy the work they do to help keep people healthy.
