We had a wonderful experience at Fishbein Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with my son, which made a big difference in helping him feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Fishbein took the time to clearly discuss the treatment plan and answer all of our questions, making sure we felt confident about the next steps. Alexis was great when going over the payment details and made the process simple and stress-free. Kaitlynn was also exceptional and took wonderful care of my son during his visit. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. So my journey at Fishbein started out so rocky as my daughter saw a doctor who was not credential for Florida Kidcare. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025 my experience with Pensacola Fishbein team made a 360 degree positive encounter. After sharing with Alyx (Office Manager) the experience I had she apologize so genuinely and went to doctor Ben Fishbien to share the concerns I had. Dr Ben gave instructions for my daughter to receive her braces free of cost, to include the follow up visits, even the retainer is already covered. Alyx, Dr Ben and Kristin offered service at the highest level to us. Alyx checked on us, offered us something to drink and was so helpful in ensuring the process went smoothly. The staff is super friendly and great with my son. The appointments are always quick and easy. When my son needed braces, they gave us the option for invisalign and helped set up an affordable payment plan. The entire process has been really easy.

Love the environment and appreciate the staff care and attention. They are polite and kind. There were some issues concerning the new retainers I needed but the assistant placed the order of the correct one and it arrived in 2 weeks. I am still getting used to this one but I hope it will work well for a long time (It seems to be made of a different material compared to the one I had previously).

I cannot say enough Good things about this company! From the very beginning fishbein has been helpful, patient, and professional about the process with my daughter. She had a very bad overbite and spaced teeth that needed attention. According to insurance, it was not deemed "medically necessary" and was not covered. After speaking with the financial advisor, I was able to have a payment plan made with a low down payment, and my daughter was able to receive treatment. Thank you so much for helping us achieve her goal with a perfect smile! She just finished the treatment and now has an absolutely beautiful smile which has built her confidence significantly! Would give 10 Starts if I could!
