FirstCall Medical Center - Maple Lawn

First call in Maple lawn near Laurel is amazing... The energy and atmosphere is superb...the front desk staff was super nice & friendly and the assistant nurses in the back where kind & thorough. The wait is 10 times shorter than ever going to a hospital and they have more features & more testings than Patient First offers, i like that cuz they do pretty much everything a hospital emergency room can do. This is My third time coming im still imprssed & i broght my mom this time for falling on her hand & they took good x rays & The results always come back in 5 minutes. 100% Top notch customer service. I woukd never go nowhere else. Glad I found this place :)

First call Medical Center in Maple Lawn is my go to for my family whenever we need an urgent care visit. The staff is always friendly and supportive, and the office hours accommodate our work/commuting schedules. It’s a relief to have such a great facility nearby when we’re not feeling well, and are able to get back to my regular routine quickly.

We are never disappointed when we visit FirstCall. We’ve been to this location for everything from the flu to stitches. The team is always so kind and professional. This is our go-to urgent care!

Their system was down and and they didn’t realize that’s why they couldn’t do my insurance verification but you’re still allowed to take the patient and just have them sign a waiver to pay out of pocket if insurance doesn’t pay. and i explained that to them they can do that and they just kept saying “ we can’t take you” i came to first call in burtonsville and they took me without any issues.

While I would hate to see the wait times jump selfishly, I have to give this facility a shout out. I have been to FirstCall Medical Center - Maple Lawn multiple times with my young son and now once for myself. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and every staff member I have come in contact with is professional and competent. We are able to be seen quickly, the office is clean, and we're able to feel better sooner than later. Did I mention they're open 7 days a week? I very much appreciate the option of First Call Medical Center when I need medical care in a pinch.
