FirstCall Medical Center - Ellicott City

Very professional and respectful staff. Service is quick and doctor's are friendly. I always bring my kids here when they are sick and every visit has been good so far. They also have a nice coloring area for kids to stay engaged.

Yesterday I was a walk-in patient at this site. The reception team greeted me promptly and I got signed in quickly.( I'm ashamed that I do not remember their names.) There were several patients ahead of me, but my wait was not very long. Markia, the Med Asst, was very personable and professional, listening to my story respectfully and asking pertinent questions. Nurse Practitioner Augusta was also very competent and caring. She was thorough in her examination and in taking my history. I appreciated the friendly, personal service I received and highly recommend First Call.

I’ve gone 3 times already (twice for cold/flu related visits, once for an injury) and I’ve had a pleasant experience every time. Though the wait time varies depending on how busy it is, my most recent visit for my injury took me about 30mins total while the longest took me about 3hrs due to a full waiting room (of course, during peak cold/flu season). Staff is typically kind and they’re all working hard despite how busy it can get. Medical assistants and physicians listen to your questions and concerns and also explain things fairly thoroughly. It’s nice they have an x-ray machine there as not all urgent cares do.

Went here twice in one week! They're always kind at the check in and make my daughter feel special when she's not feeling well. Doctors are very helpful and so are the nurses and PAs. They try to get us in and out as quickly as possible.

The front desk staff was very professional the technician was amazing she was very pleasant. I enjoyed talking to her. Then the doctor was great. I would strongly recommend this medical clinic. My mom also was treated here and feels the same way too.
