Great place and excellent home health aides to service your family. My dad receives service from Firstat. Their aides go above and beyond without hesitation. The office staff are always available and ready to help. I have recommended Firstat to others as well and will continue to do so.

My mother is very ill and I'm working all day. She is not able to stay home alone due to her medical conditions. I'm very appreciative for Firstat who's always there. My mom's aide is always been available and very understanding. I don't know what I would do without them.

So unreliable, my mother aid keep calling out and the agency are always understaffed. The aid call out last minute and the agency never once got it covered. My mother condition is so critical, she is a wheelchair bound and can't be on her own. Very disappointed..
