I can’t say enough great things about Yasmin Battat, AuD, and her team at Oracle Hearing Center. After losing most of the hearing in my left ear and struggling with uncomfortable hearing aids in the past, I had nearly given up. Yasmin took the time to truly understand my history and needs, and her expertise made all the difference. I’m now wearing hearing aids comfortably and feel like I’m getting my world back. Highly recommend!

I presented for ear wax removal. Dr. Battat did an excellent job. I had a sense of ease under her care. I feel like I can hear colors now. Would highly recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr. Battat for a consultation. Dr. Battat and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have tinnitus and hearing loss. Dr. Battat tested my hearing with the most up to date equipment. She took the time and explained what tinnitus is to my wife and myself. I have hearing aids from another provider. After all the testing, Dr. Battat compared my hearing aids to what normal audio levels should be on a monitor. The levels on my hearing aids were set very high! While Dr. Battat was reprogramming my hearing aids, we were able to watch the adjustments on the monitor that she was making to bring the levels down to normal!! After the reprogramming, my hearing is so much better! Dr. Battat is now my new “go to” for my hearing needs!

This is long, and maybe too long, but forgive an English major who loves to write…. I was fully informed in advance of the necessary items I needed to bring and the terms of the examination. I was reminded appropriately of the time etc of the appointment. I was helped with the pre visit forms very kindly, and greeted by friendly and pleasant people. This helps a lot! Dr. Battat is open friendly professional informed and easy to understand. She is very thorough and very determined to find every way to help me because my hearing has deteriorated much too quickly in the past months. She has suggested over medical avenues to pursue to be sure there is no underlying cause and she makes everything clear. My impression is that she it totally committed to improving people’s lifestyle

This is a terrible company. They did not pack the tips and brush in my product. After two weeks of them requiring photos, serial number and more photos I was required to send the entire package back to them at my expense. When I said I was tired of messing with them and wanted my money back they charged me additional processing fees and anything else they could think of. Not only am I out time and money, I don’t have anything to show for it. Instead of a simple solution, they pushed it to the point of complete dissatisfaction! Customer Service is terrible. Don’t plan on getting everything you paid for or any cooperation from them.
