First Surgical Hospital

I had an outpatient surgery performed here yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about every single person who took care of me! From the front desk staff to the anesthesiology and nursing teams, each and every person clearly cared about my well being and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you to all of you who made my prep, surgery, and recovery go so smoothly, and to anyone considering coming here for their procedure, I highly recommend!!

I haven't even had surgery there yet, and I'm already wishing I had somewhere else in-network to go! You may as well forget about getting in touch with anyone to answer questions. I've called 3 times, had to leave a message each time, and have yet to receive a call back. If you're looking for somewhere with good communication, this is definitely not the place to go. I'll update my review or add another review regarding the nursing services. I'm big on communication, and it's an immediate red flag for me if a place can't effectively communicate and offer basic customer service.

They seem very disorganized. Not the most friendly folks (except the nurses). Also, no visitors are allowed to see the patient as they recover in the recovery room…never heard of that. So patient basically wakes up alone and has to try to speak up and be their own advocate if there is something wrong or they need something.

Just had my bunionectomy surgery here last Friday and I can't say enough of the personnel - especially all the nurses - that made my stay there as comfortable as possible and also took care of my Mom who stayed with me for 3 nights. Great facility! I also liked most of the meals I've had - they are tasty, plenty of food is given every time too. This was my 1st surgery and staff was amazing: I can't thank them all enough for my care!

I want to express my gratitude with all the personal that work in this hospital, you service and dedication and love for what you do was amazing, specially thanks to my favorite nurses, Sheila, Joyce, Doris, they did a really good job. People like you make things so easy for your patients. God bless you always.
