Sharon McCormack is as always very easy to talk to. She’s patient and listens. Makes wise choices and doesn’t wait to take tests or procrastinate with your health. Princess the lab technician today was super cheery kind and the best part very good at sticking your arm. Barely knew she was there. I wish I did t wait so long to switch to First Medical. I’ve seen two other doctors and both knowledgeable and easy going. But don’t be late. They have a tight schedule because they give you your entire appointment and some and don’t rush or panic you. I noticed my blood pressure is much better with them too as I did t catch her name today but the young woman who took my blood pressure did it manually (which for me is always more accurate) & didn’t make me worry. I seem to have a better experience

I recently started seeing Dr. Munoz after receiving very high recommendations from colleagues. She is very kind, takes the time to listen to all of my concerns (even though I tend to ramble sometimes), and she knows what she is talking about. After today’s visit I know I can trust her advice and that it is coming from a good place. She is also very efficient. For both of my past visits when she has prescribed something, I get the notification that it has been sent before I even leave the parking lot. I did not see a pcp for a long time but I am confident in saying that I will continue to see Dr. Munoz for the foreseeable future and I trust her with my care. My first impression is the front desk. I can rate her from in 1-10 and I would rate her an 8. Second regarding the nurse who ask about all of my info, she was very patient and friendly. This was my first time to see Dr Rene Munos andI was so impressed with her great attitude, very knowledgeable and professional, very soft spoken. I like the way she asked a questions about me. Overall I am pleased with our meeting today, this is the kind of doctor that I will be highly recommended. The technician of the Lab Department was incredible she has gentle hands and very joyful personality, I just loved her,!! Thank so much Ms Princesses!! For taking your time with me today! I had a great first visit. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was very kind and efficient. The medical assistant was friendly and organized, and Dr. took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for throughout my visit. The lab tech was also wonderful. She noticed right away that I felt light-headed after the blood draw and made sure I had water and a moment to recover. The staff pays close attention even though the office runs on a tight schedule. A helpful note for anyone coming is that there is no grace period for appointments, so it is important to arrive on time. The practice moves efficiently and gets you in and out quickly while still providing great care.

I have been looking for a new medical provider in the Columbia area after I moved from my previous town.
